i wish this was a tv show

easy answers

endings wrapped up in a bow

but this is real

and its gonna end bloody

thats just how its gotta be

blah

I've got the blues but i shook them loose

No Worries

this is so unnecessary to begin with
and its becoming ridiculous

when will you figure out that
not everything has personal reasons
not everything revolves around you
not everything has only your side of the story

we get that
you are emotional
you are 'enthusiastic'
you are 'hyper' when it comes to certain things
you try to make everyone happy


I know i've only known you for close to a year
I dont know you as well as the others


there is no need for lashing out
no need to think of thoughts which isnt there to begin with
no need to link events which leads to this
because there isnt any


takes this on the chin
its all only a joke from us


we expected better,
clearly we were wrong
and disappointed

i dont want to take this further
because this isnt my 'domain'
(we know what happened last time)
just wanted to say what was needed to say

but know this,
we arent as judgmental
as horrible
as disrespectful
as you think we are.

i shouldnt even post this up in the first place

Slack Tides

man has been always drawn to the sea
but its an unnatural setting for us
a place of great danger

tides, currents, waves, wind
each presenting their own hazards
none of which could be ignored

the slightest laps of judgment
can be a mistake you might never recover from

but a good sailor doesnt fight against these elements
a good sailor works with them
using them to his advantage

while others less fortunate might be forever cast adrift
often in several pieces
